Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining a realistic project roadmap covering scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and KPIs.
- Ensuring strong alignment across engineering, design, QA, other departments, and product stakeholders.
- Owning client communication, including strategy, goals, priorities, timelines, and escalations.
- Managing project risks, blockers, dependencies, and expectations with full transparency.
- Driving negotiations around scope changes, trade-offs, deadlines, and budgets.
- Following the established delivery process and continuously improving requirements flow, communication cadence, review cycles, and change control.
- Ensuring traceability between requirements, estimates, scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Running sprint ceremonies, including planning, grooming, prioritization, retrospectives, and demos.
- Facilitating workshops and solution discussions with internal and client teams.
- Managing executive-level status reporting and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensuring project documentation, reporting, and communication streams remain healthy, concise, and predictable.
- Participating in presale activities such as proposal preparation and presentations.
- Building trust through structured communication, clarity, and strong delivery presence.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Project Manager in software delivery for 5+ years.
- Proven experience leading presales and discovery phases across different delivery models (fixed-price, T&M, hybrid).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery approaches (Agile/Scrum, hybrid, iterative).
- Experience with budgeting, estimates, scope breakdowns, WBS, risk management, and delivery metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams with clarity and structure.
- Hands-on experience delivering customer-facing projects for US clients.
- Background in one or more domains (e.g., FinTech, Healthcare, Insurance, SaaS, Oil & Gas).
- Technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, integrations, APIs, and dependencies.
- Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools (Miro, FigJam, Lucidchart).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, accountability, and ability to operate under pressure.
- Level of English – from Advanced and above.
