Summary

Andersen is hiring a Senior PPC Specialist to drive and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns, manage budgets, improve performance metrics, and support strategic marketing growth.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Managing large advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and control of key KPIs.
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns (keywords, ads, bids, targeting) to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Impression Share, CPL, etc.), preparing regular reports for C-level, and proposing actionable next steps.
  • Implementing and testing new advertising tools and formats.
  • Setting up and maintaining conversion tracking and attribution systems.
  • Researching market trends, competitors, and user behavior to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing for 5+ years, including 3+ years in senior-level Google Ads (B2B/IT).
  • Proven experience managing large budgets and driving ROI-focused campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads tools: Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Shopping.
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM, including event and funnel setup.
  • Solid understanding of attribution models and end-to-end analytics.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, dashboards, and BI tools.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Work with US, European, UK, and MENA markets.
  • Background in an agency or managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Automation skills with scripts or tools (e.g., Google Ads Scripts, Zapier, Looker Studio).
