Andersen is hiring a UX/UI Designer to shape clean, mobile-first interfaces for a digital finance app, improving usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience across core features.
The customer is a mobile-only digital bank offering modern financial services through an app-based experience. The organization provides features such as virtual cards, multi-currency accounts, savings tools, and goal-based financial planning, along with innovative products that support personal and group savings. Known for its user-centric approach and continuous product innovation, the bank has received industry recognition for digital excellence and customer experience.
The project is focused on designing intuitive, mobile-first user experiences for a digital trading and wealth management platform, delivering visually appealing and compliant interfaces that simplify complex financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering high-quality UI and UX solutions for digital banking products (e.g., credit cards, loans, investment/trading modules).
- Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Business) to gather and clarify requirements.
- Participating in stakeholder meetings and approval processes, including sign-off from Head of Digital Experience, Head of Business, and CEO.
- Ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and deliver exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms.
- Working effectively within a team of designers, contributing to collaborative projects and occasionally leading individual initiatives.
- Adapting to feedback and iterating designs based on analytics and user behavior insights.
Requirements
- Experience in UX/UI design, preferably in FinTech, for 3+ years.
- Proficiency in standard UX/UI tools (Figma, Miro).
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI and UX projects (preferably via Figma links).
- Excellent communication skills for multicultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, the ability to integrate smoothly into an existing design team.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience with trading/investment products.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as FullStory (training can be provided).
- Experience in FinTech or banking products (credit cards, loans, trading platforms).
- Exposure to analytics-driven design and user behavior analysis.
- Experience in Product design with some cases in portfolio.
