Summary

Andersen is hiring an SAP CX Consultant in Europe to support large-scale digital transformation, building and enhancing enterprise web and e-commerce solutions within a multi-team, cloud-driven environment.

The customer is a large international technology company operating in the digital infrastructure and connectivity domain, providing telecommunications, cloud platforms, and advanced IT services for consumer and enterprise clients. The organization focuses on next-generation networks, cloud-native architectures, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, working with complex distributed systems, and continuously modernizing core services to support global digital transformation.

The project is a large-scale digital transformation initiative with a high volume of parallel projects, focused on building and evolving web and e-commerce platforms, AI-enabled features, and data-driven digital solutions within a dynamic, multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting on SAP Commerce Cloud, including implementation, customization, and optimization.
  • Supporting clients in designing, configuring, and integrating SAP CX solutions.
  • Conducting process modeling and creating solution designs tailored to business needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud solutions.
  • Providing expertise in troubleshooting, enhancements, and system upgrades.

Requirements

  • Experience in SAP development for 4+ years.
  • Experience in SAP Commerce Cloud projects, from requirement analysis to go-live.
  • Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP CX environments.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud V1, Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud, or C4C.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Level of German – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud/Emarsys and/or Customer Data Cloud/Platform.
  • Understanding of customer journey optimization and omnichannel commerce strategies.
