Summary

Andersen is hiring an Adobe Analytics Engineer to support a data-driven e-commerce platform for pre-owned vehicles, improving customer insights, engagement, and online sales performance across digital channels.

The customer is a diversified business group in the automotive domain providing vehicle distribution, aftersales services, leasing, used-car programs, and commercial solutions through a nationwide network of showrooms and service centers. The company focuses on long-term partnerships with global brands and delivers technology-driven customer experiences across all stages of the automotive lifecycle.

The project is focused on delivering a user-centric e-commerce platform for pre-owned vehicle operations, designed to enhance customer engagement, improve service quality, and support customer retention and acquisition. The solution aims to boost brand recognition and increase online sales by providing a modern, intuitive digital experience aligned with the company’s strategy to achieve higher customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end analytics consulting engagements across Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Translating client business requirements into Solution Design References (SDR) and technical specifications.
  • Designing scalable data layers, event taxonomy, and XDM schema architecture for React SPA web and Flutter mobile applications.
  • Implementing AEP Web SDK (sendEvent, viewChange, consent and identity management) and AEP Mobile SDK using Edge Network.
  • Configuring and managing XDM Schemas, Datasets, Datastreams, and Event Forwarding.
  • Implementing and managing Adobe Launch / Tags including rules, data elements, extensions, and environments.
  • Deploying marketing and third-party tags (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Floodlight, etc.) using Event Forwarding.
  • Configuring Adobe Analytics including Processing Rules, Marketing Channels, Classifications, Context Variables, Data Feeds, and Data Warehouse.
  • Integrating offline and enterprise data sources (CRM, POS, call center, dealer systems).
  • Debugging and resolving data quality issues, tagging defects, and tracking discrepancies using standard debugging tools.
  • Delivering insights and reporting using Adobe Analysis Workspace (segments, calculated metrics, funnel, flow, cohort analysis).
  • Enabling enterprise BI by exporting Adobe Analytics data to Power BI and designing analytics-ready data models.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting solution governance, best practices, and implementation reviews.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementations in a consulting or enterprise environment for 3+ years.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK.
  • Proven experience implementing analytics for React SPA websites and Flutter mobile applications.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Launch / Tags, AEP schema design, datasets, and datastreams.
  • Strong JavaScript skills with the ability to translate SDRs into production-ready implementations.
  • Experience implementing third-party and marketing tags using Event Forwarding.
  • Strong understanding of Processing Rules, Marketing Channels, Classifications, Data Feeds, and Data Warehouse.
  • Hands-on experience with debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Chrome DevTools, AEP Debugger, and Assurance.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Adobe Analysis Workspace.
  • Experience building Power BI dashboards using Adobe Analytics data extracts.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Adobe Target and experimentation implementation experience.
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) exposure.
  • Experience with server-side tagging and consent management frameworks.
  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-brand, or CRM-integrated environments.
