Summary

Andersen seeks a Project Manager to drive delivery of an AI-powered logistics platform, coordinating teams and developing smart transportation and warehouse management solutions.

The customer is a global technology company providing an AI-native platform to automate and optimize logistics and supply chain operations. Its solutions cover transportation management, intelligent routing, real-time tracking, warehouse orchestration, and integrations with enterprise systems, helping large organizations improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

The project is focused on developing an AI-native transportation and warehouse management platform that helps enterprises across the supply chain move toward autonomous logistics by optimizing end-to-end operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing complex projects within Last Mile Delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across B2C and B2B segments.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and mitigate risks.
  • Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external partners in English/Polish/French.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years.
  • Proven track record in Last Mile Delivery and project management within B2C and B2B environments.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Level of English – from Advanced and above.
