Summary

Andersen is hiring a Product Owner to drive digital brokerage and servicing platforms for an international insurance company, delivering scalable, customer- and broker-focused solutions.

The customer is an international insurance company operating across multiple countries, known for expertise in niche markets and commitment to high-quality service. The project is focused on developing and improving digital brokerage and servicing platforms within the insurance domain, delivering customer- and broker-centric experiences by aligning business needs with high-quality, scalable digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing the product backlog for digital insurance brokerage and servicing solutions.
  • Defining product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with business and customer goals.
  • Translating business and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating closely with UX, engineering, architecture and QA teams.
  • Ensuring high-quality digital customer experience across portals and self-service platforms.
  • Working with business stakeholders (underwriting, operations, distribution, brokers).
  • Supporting delivery across the full insurance lifecycle: quote, bind, policy management, endorsements, renewals, claims.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews).
  • Validating delivered functionality against business and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Owner or Product Manage for 5+ years.
  • Strong experience in insurance brokerage portals and digital customer experience.
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and requirements management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize based on business value, customer impact and technical constraints.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Experience with insurance policy administration platforms (e.g. OneShield).
  • Background in CX, UX or customer journey optimization.
  • Experience working in regulated insurance or financial services environments.
