The IT company Andersen invites a L&D Specialist to join the team.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 19 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.
Responsibilities
– Developing and designing training programs based on department requests.
– Selecting and structuring courses.
– Supporting learning groups.
– Collecting analytics and participating in process automation (including using AI).
– Setting up and maintaining analytical dashboards.
– Working with metrics and reporting.
Requirements
– Experience in L&D / T&D / corporate training (preferably in IT or dynamic international companies) for at least 1 year.
– Deep knowledge of adult learning methodologies (andragogy, Kolb's cycle, 70/20/10 model).
– Experience in independent development and delivery of training (online and offline).
– Data literacy: ability to evaluate training effectiveness, confident use of Excel/Google Sheets for analytics.
– Ability to work at a high pace: managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Desired skills
– Trainer or facilitator certifications.
– Experience implementing LMS or working with e-learning tools (iSpring, Articulate, etc.).
– Understanding of managerial competencies specifically in the IT sector.
