Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst to design and deliver a Data Warehouse solution, automating regulatory reporting through clear business requirements and data analysis for a major financial institution.

The customer is one of the oldest and most reliable financial institutions in Kazakhstan. It offers a full range of financial services for both individual and corporate clients, including business lending, mortgages, consumer loans, deposits, payment services, and digital banking solutions. The company focuses on reliability, innovation, and sustainable growth, helping clients achieve their financial goals and contributing to the country’s economic development.

The project is focused on designing and delivering a Data Warehouse solution to automate regulatory reporting, including the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements based on existing processes and data.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with gathering and documenting requirements.
• Analyzing existing reports and business needs.
• Creating data flow diagrams and defining business rules for reporting.
• Preparing and maintaining documentation related to business logic.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis within the financial sector for 2+ years.
• Experience working with data and reporting, with an understanding of basic regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
• Experience in business process analysis and documentation requirements.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
