The IT company Andersen invites a Head of Recruitment and Partnership to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Growing the existing client base: increasing revenue, expanding service volume, growing the agency’s share of the client’s needs.

– Managing key accounts: regular meetings, planning, monitoring agreements, retaining and developing relationships at executive level.

– Creating and selling solutions: recruitment, RPO/dedicated teams, mass hiring, Executive Search, market analytics, employer branding and other agency services.

– Managing pipeline and forecast: account plans, pipeline, commercial proposals, deal and KPI tracking.

– Handling commercial terms: pricing, SLA alignment, negotiations on terms and complex cases, monitoring accounts receivable together with the finance function.

– Delivery management: tasking the recruitment team, controlling quality and hiring speed, ensuring SLA compliance, addressing problematic roles and escalations.

– Team management: leading leads and the recruitment team, setting goals, regular management, competency development.

– Service standards: establishing “client — account — recruitment” interaction processes, unified communication, reporting and quality control rules.

Requirements

– Experience in a recruitment agency or B2B services in roles such as Account Manager, Client Partner, BDM, Head of Sales, Delivery Manager, combining both sales and delivery management.

– Understanding of the recruitment process: knowledge of required inputs, ability to manage quality, speed, and client expectations.

– Ability to develop existing clients: upsell/cross-sell, increasing average deal size, renewing cooperation, reactivating dormant clients.

– Confident negotiations at executive level: HRD, Head of TA, CEO/COO.

– Experience managing a team (lead, managers, recruiters) and influencing results through processes and metrics.

– Systematic work approach: setting KPIs, managing pipelines, account planning, timeline control, clear reporting.

– Recruitment experience.

– Fluent command of Russian.

– English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
