Project Manager

Summary

Andersen is looking for a Project Manager to join international projects, coordinating teams and ensuring smooth delivery of innovative digital solutions across global industries.

Responsibilities

• Managing project scope, timeline, and deliverables in line with project goals.
• Coordinating daily project activities and team communication.
• Planning tasks, priorities, and milestones together with stakeholders and the team.
• Monitoring project progress, timelines, and risks.
• Facilitating regular team meetings and status updates.
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
• Supporting resource planning and workload distribution.
• Ensuring adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.

Requirements

• Experience in project management for 2+ years.
• Experience managing software development projects.
• Understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience in planning tasks, managing timelines, and tracking project progress.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
