Andersen is looking for a Project Manager to join international projects, coordinating teams and ensuring smooth delivery of innovative digital solutions across global industries.

Responsibilities
- Managing project scope, timeline, and deliverables in line with project goals.
- Coordinating daily project activities and team communication.
- Planning tasks, priorities, and milestones together with stakeholders and the team.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, and risks.
- Facilitating regular team meetings and status updates.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
- Supporting resource planning and workload distribution.
- Ensuring adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.
Requirements
- Experience in project management for 2+ years.
- Experience managing software development projects.
- Understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience in planning tasks, managing timelines, and tracking project progress.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
