Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst to support the development of a mobile loyalty and rewards platform, defining requirements and improving user experience across a modern digital ecosystem.

The customer is a large financial institution serving millions of retail and corporate clients. It combines a broad physical presence with strong investment in digital platforms, mobile solutions, data infrastructure, cybersecurity, and open integrations. Technology is central to improving customer experience and scaling modern banking services.

The project is focused on developing a mobile application for a customer loyalty and partner rewards program using Flutter. The solution is built on a new architecture with its own core, unified management interface, analytics dashboard, and gamification features to manage bonuses, promotions, and discounts across the ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with business stakeholders to gather project requirements.
• Analyzing business processes and identifying key requirements.
• Clarifying and documenting functional and non-functional requirements.
• Creating and maintaining requirements documentation, including functional specifications, technical assignments, and user stories.
• Developing business process models using BPMN.
• Creating UML diagrams to describe system structure and interactions between components.
• Designing system architecture.
• Evaluating technical requirements and proposing optimal solutions for project implementation.
• Developing test scenarios and participating in testing to verify compliance with requirements.
• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collecting feedback.
• Analyzing test results and updating documentation and requirements when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector or fintech for 2+ years.
• Experience designing and implementing loyalty programs (fintech / banking / telecom / service industry).
• Experience working with mobile applications for corporate clients.
• Experience designing databases, brokers, and routers (as the system will be built from scratch on a new architecture).
• Experience consolidating a large product catalog into a single ecosystem (different databases, metrics, catalogs).
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Ability to analyze business and system requirements and create functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining documentation, including use cases, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Experience using business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
• Ability to work with system and architecture design tools (e.g., UML, ERD).
• Understanding of security and compliance standards in the banking sector.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with APIs for system integrations.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Experience implementing analytics tools (dashboards, metrics).
• Experience in gamification of banking or financial products.
