System Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a System Analyst for a project focused on developing and enhancing a digital platform that supports the full lifecycle of financial services, ensuring reliability and scalability.

The customer is a prominent financial institution in Central Asia, offering a wide range of services to individuals and businesses. With a focus on digital transformation, the company leverages advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, security, and customer experience. It invests in modern infrastructure, including cloud solutions, data centers, and cybersecurity measures, to support its growing operations and meet client needs.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing the bank’s credit platform that supports the full lending lifecycle. It covers processes from loan application and approval to credit management and debt collection, ensuring reliable and scalable digital lending services.

Responsibilities

• Participating in the development and approval of information system architectures in collaboration with architects and technical teams.
• Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements from customers and users.
• Preparing and detailing functional and technical requirements (FSD, technical specifications) in accordance with project standards.
• Developing integration interactions with internal and external systems (REST, SOAP, message queues).
• Preparing and maintaining analytical and technical documentation (Confluence, project repositories).
• Interacting with developers, testers, architects, and adjacent teams to clarify requirements and implement functionality.
• Analyzing data and existing systems, including working with SQL queries and analyzing stored procedures.
• Participating in the preparation of test scenarios and conducting functional and integration testing.
• Participating in the deployment of solutions, user training, and transferring functionality to maintenance.
• Supporting the system at the 3rd line level and providing consultation to teams on integration and functionality issues.

Requirements

• Experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years, preferably in projects involving integration and high-load systems.
• Experience in developing functional and technical requirements (technical specifications, FSD) with a high degree of detail.
• Knowledge of integration standards (REST and SOAP) and understanding of intersystem communication principles.
• Understanding of integrations through message queues and web services.
• Proficiency in key analytical notations: UML, BPMN, ER diagrams.
• Ability to write SQL queries (JOIN, GROUP BY, HAVING, ORDER BY) and analyze data structure.
• Experience in designing information system architecture and participating in the selection of technical solutions.
• Experience preparing integration schemas, data models, and system interaction descriptions.
• Experience preparing test scenarios and participating in functional and integration testing.
• Experience preparing project documentation and working with knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, version control systems).
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
