Andersen is hiring a Product Manager for a project integrating media, data, and technology to optimize marketing efforts and drive brand growth through data-driven solutions.

The customer is a global leader in communication and media services, offering integrated solutions across digital and traditional channels. The project is a communications and marketing initiative that integrates media, data, and technology to help brands grow. It delivers solutions across advertising, media buying, performance marketing, and digital transformation, optimizing investments and driving brand growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Leading the full product lifecycle end‑to‑end – from discovery and strategy to delivery, optimization, and long‑term evolution of complex B2B products.
• Defining and executing a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities, market needs, and long‑term goals.
• Serving as the primary stakeholder partner, ensuring alignment, transparency, and proactive expectation management across the organization.
• Conducting high‑level market analysis to understand trends, customer segments, competition, and opportunities for differentiation.
• Translating business goals into actionable requirements, ensuring clarity and shared understanding across data, engineering, and UX teams.
• Using modern AI tools to improve analysis, discovery, automation, decision‑making, and prototyping.
• Working with agile, cross‑functional teams in a fully cloud‑based environment to deliver scalable, secure, high‑quality solutions.
• Driving continuous product discovery, incorporating user feedback, running experiments, and validating assumptions.
• Communicating clearly and consistently, ensuring feasible timelines and on‑time delivery of high‑impact features.
• Building strong relationships with engineering, data, and UX to balance business value with technical excellence (scalability, security, innovation).
• Being hands‑on in shaping product features to accelerate learning cycles and meet both customer and business needs.
• Defining and tracking goals, KPIs, and success metrics (e.g., OKRs), driving iterative improvements.
• Maintaining a prioritized product roadmap informed by both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Monitoring market and industry trends to refine strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Mentoring Junior Product Managers and contributing to the growth of product management practices.
• Bringing product management experience with a strong record of delivering complex B2B products in dynamic tech environments.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling software products from 0-1, ideally within complex B2B environments and in the advertising or media industry, for 5+ years.
• Experience with OKR for 1+ years, including defining success metrics, tracking outcomes, and driving continuous improvement based on measurable results.
• Excellent business acumen and proven ability to work with senior commercial stakeholders.
• Experience in user-centered product discovery.
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum), and the ability to structure effective workflows with engineering, data, and design teams.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage laterally in a hybrid working environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences.
• A strong data sense for interpreting trends and translating them into insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic thinker with a practical mindset, strong end‑to‑end product ownership.
• Experience with or strong interest in modern AI tools, and the ability to leverage them for discovery, analysis, automation, or product innovation.
• Ability to conduct minimal market analysis, assess competition, and integrate market signals into product strategy.
• Level of English – from Advanced and above.

Desired skills

• Previous hands-on experience as a software developer, ideally supported by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
