Andersen is hiring a Full Stack Developer (.NET + React) for a project developing an enterprise meeting platform to streamline scheduling, collaboration, and document management.
The customer is an international company delivering professional and technology-enabled solutions that support effective collaboration, structured communication, and operational efficiency for organizations. The project is focused on developing an enterprise meeting management platform that streamlines scheduling, collaboration, and document management. It enables organizations to improve communication, productivity, and data security through efficient coordination of meetings, tasks, and related processes.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining features within a monolithic .NET 4.6 MVC API environment.
- Taking ownership of medium‑to‑high complexity backend tasks and delivering stable, production‑ready solutions.
- Modernizing and refactoring legacy .NET 4.6 components to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Working with React front‑end applications, integrating UI components with backend APIs in a cohesive full‑stack flow.
- Participating in architectural discussions related to system optimization, modularization of legacy components, and future cloud‑readiness.
- Conducting code reviews, maintaining coding standards, and ensuring alignment with best engineering practices.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks in both front‑end and back‑end layers.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, QA, design) to deliver end‑to‑product increments.
- Writing and maintaining documentation (API contracts, integration flows, component descriptions, sequence diagrams).
- Participating in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinements, retrospectives.
Requirements
- Experience in full stack development for 4+ years.
- Strong experience with C# / .NET Framework 4.6 (monolithic MVC architecture).
- Solid understanding of backend API design, business logic layer, and legacy code refactoring.
- Experience working with synchronous and asynchronous patterns in older .NET environments.
- Proficiency with React (React 16+ or modern React hooks preferred).
- Ability to build clean, reusable components that integrate smoothly with .NET backend APIs.
- Strong experience with SQL Server: query design, optimization, indexing, stored procedures.
- Experience working with monolithic architectures, modularization, and gradual modernization strategies.
- Understanding of event‑driven concepts (even if not used in the current legacy system).
- Familiarity with any Azure services is beneficial but not the primary requirement due to legacy stacks.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Experience supporting legacy enterprise systems and modernizing older codebases.
- Strong React ecosystem knowledge (Redux/RTK, custom hooks, component lifecycle).
- CI/CD familiarity (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, TeamCity, or similar).
- Ability to propose incremental improvements to an existing monolithic architecture.
- Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude Code) to speed up implementation and refactoring.
