The IT company Andersen invites a Pre-sale Delivery Manager to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Participating in technical evaluation of tenders: analyzing RFP documentation, clarifying requirements, and contributing to the definition of proposed technical solutions.

– Preparing and reviewing estimates: collaborating with architects and engineers to assess project scope, effort, and timelines.

– Leading the bid preparation team: organizing and coordinating a team of approximately 5 pre-sales specialists.

– Ensuring proposal quality: reviewing technical descriptions, assumptions, and estimates to ensure accuracy and consistency.

– Ensuring tender compliance: tracking deadlines, required documentation, and official submission rules.

– Identifying risks and dependencies: highlighting potential implementation risks, assumptions, or ambiguous requirements in the proposal.

Requirements

– Experience in pre-sales or IT solution delivery: background in pre-sales, solution architecture, or delivery management in software development projects.

– Understanding of the software development lifecycle: familiarity with common development approaches, estimation methods, and project delivery models.

– Experience in leading or coordinating: prior experience managing a small team or coordinating multiple experts in proposal preparation.

– Strong analytical skills: ability to read complex tender documents and translate them into a clear technical solution and estimate.

– Good English communication skills: ability to prepare well-structured written responses and communicate with international clients and teams.

– Experience with international IT tenders is an advantage: familiarity with formal procurement processes and extensive tender documentation.

– English proficiency - from Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Desired skills

– Knowledge of German is a plus.
