Summary

The IT company Andersen invites an Inbound Business Development Manager in The USA to join its team.

Responsibilities

– Full-cycle processing of warm inbound leads from the USA region website: from initial contact to contract signing and Statement of Work.

– Managing client communication: negotiations, terms alignment, preparation of commercial proposals.

– Close collaboration with presales and delivery departments in preparing and conducting client presentations and demo sessions.

– Handing over signed contracts to account managers of the respective business unit.

– Working to improve lead-to-contract conversion rates.

– Business travel for client meetings after successful completion of the probationary period.

– Maintaining lead reporting in CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in active sales for 1+ years.
  • Skills in sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Focus on the result and self-management skills.
  • Communication skills, stress resistance, high energy, proactivity, and intelligence.
  • Strong desire to learn new things and dig into products.
  • Systematic thinking, the ability to clearly express your thoughts, and well-bred speech.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate+ or above.
