Summary

Andersen is hiring a Junior Support Specialist in the EU for a project supporting a cloud-based digital banking platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliable operations.

The customer is a fast-growing European fintech company providing a cloud-native platform that enables banks to build modern, customer-focused digital experiences. Combining ready-made modules with full customization helps financial institutions launch solutions faster and more efficiently. Backed by major investors and recognized with industry awards, the company supports hundreds of banks worldwide in accelerating their digital transformation.

The project is focused on developing a cloud-based digital banking platform that enables financial institutions to launch and scale modern web and mobile banking solutions. The current phase emphasizes platform scalability, performance, reliability, and expanded integration capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and tracking incoming customer reports (bugs, incidents).
  • Performing initial triage and basic investigation of reported issues.
  • Reproducing issues where possible and gathering relevant details (logs, steps, context).
  • Routing tickets to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of tickets (status updates, follow-ups, comments, closure).
  • Ensuring clear and consistent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Helping identify patterns or recurring issues and raise them proactively.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Support Engineer role or similar for 1 years.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured manner.
  • Good problem-solving skills, including investigating and analyzing issues.
  • Clear written communication skills in English (English level – from Intermediate and above).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic technical understanding (APIs, logs, HTTP requests, etc.).
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira, Zoho, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
