Andersen is hiring a PL/SQL Developer for a project supporting and enhancing banking systems, ensuring stable, efficient operations and continuous improvement of digital solutions.

The customer is an established financial institution operating under a national banking license. It provides a wide range of banking services to retail, SME, and corporate clients, supports economic development initiatives, and continuously enhances its digital capabilities. The organization maintains strong governance standards, collaborates with international partners, and demonstrates устойчивый рост в a dynamic market environment.

The project is focused on supporting banking systems and digital solutions within a financial services environment. It involves working with existing platforms, contributing to their development, maintenance, and enhancement to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining solutions in PL/SQL within RS-Bank v6 (credit processes, RS-Loans).
• Designing and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions with performance requirements in mind.
• Analyzing and optimizing Oracle (12c/19c) performance: execution plans, indexes, database parameters.
• Monitoring and diagnosing performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Participating in the design of solutions for high-load systems and working with large data volumes.
• Implementing integrations between RS-Bank and internal/external systems via WSO2 (ESB) and DBLink.
• Designing and optimizing database structures, processing and loading data.
• Collaborating with the team and participating in Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Preparing technical documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in PL/SQL development for 2+ years in the context of RS-Bank v6 (credit processes, RS-Loans).
• Proficiency in performance diagnostics and monitoring tools.
• Experience in optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Experience integrating RS-Bank with other banking systems and external services using corporate ESB (WSO2) and DBLink.
• Understanding the high-load system architecture principles.
• Experience in designing and optimizing complex databases (Oracle 12c/19c).
• Experience working with large data volumes and their optimization.
• Experience working in a project/process environment using Agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban).
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
