Business Analyst

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Business Analyst for a project supporting and enhancing banking systems, ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement of digital financial solutions.

The customer is an established financial institution operating under a national banking license. It provides a wide range of banking services to retail, SME, and corporate clients, supports economic development initiatives, and continuously enhances its digital capabilities. The organization maintains strong governance standards, collaborates with international partners, and demonstrates устойчивый рост в a dynamic market environment.

The project is focused on supporting banking systems and digital solutions within a financial services environment. It involves working with existing platforms, contributing to their development, maintenance, and enhancement to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing contracts.
• Creating payment schedules.
• Supporting processes up to the loan disbursement stage.

Requirements

• Experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in banks, insurance companies, or IT integrators for 2+ years.
• Understanding of banking (primarily lending) processes and specifics of their implementation in ABS RS-Bank v6.
• Ability to describe and document business processes, including modeling as-is and to-be processes.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and translating loosely defined requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Experience in task definition for developers and supporting the development process.
• Skills in evaluating and testing vendor technical solutions, with an understanding of architecture and technologies.
• Experience working in a project/process environment using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
