Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (EU) for a project building a secure multi-tenant cloud platform on Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, high availability, and compliance.
The customer is a global consulting organization delivering advisory and technology services across a wide range of industries, including complex and highly regulated environments. The project focuses on building a secure and scalable multi-tenant cloud platform for an international customer, leveraging a hybrid environment across Microsoft Azure and AWS. The core objective is to design and implement a robust architecture that supports multiple tenants while ensuring strict isolation, high availability, and compliance with modern security standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing a scalable multi-tenant architecture across Azure Entra, AWS, and network layers.
- Implementing secure multi-tenant configurations, ensuring isolation and data protection.
- Managing and optimizing cross-platform identity, access, and network integrations across Azure Entra and AWS.
Requirements
- Experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE roles for 5+ years
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, Terraform or Bicep, and scripting with PowerShell / Python.
- Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, or multi-account governance patterns.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise IAM services, including RBAC, PIM, managed identities, app registrations, conditional access, and service principals.
- Strong experience with Azure multi-tenant environments, subscription onboarding, governance, and tenant separation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Azure networking: hub-and-spoke, vWAN / VPN concepts, DNS, private endpoints, NSGs, firewalls, and IP address planning.
- Familiarity with Azure landing zones, policy-as-code, and enterprise-scale governance models.
- Experience with monitoring and logging platforms, such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Microsoft Sentinel, and integration with AWS observability services.
- Experience implementing cost governance and FinOps practices, including tagging standards, budgets, showback / chargeback, and optimization reporting.
- Experience writing and maintaining automation for project migration across Azure tenants, including discovery, RBAC export / import, policy validation, cutover activities, and post-migration verification.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services relevant to enterprise platforms, especially IAM, networking, logging, monitoring, and cost management.
- Experience working in collaboration with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
