Summary

Andersen is hiring a FE Developer in the USA for a project building SaaS business management solution that improves operations, efficiency, and customer service.

The customer is a rapidly growing technology company developing digital solutions that help service-oriented businesses streamline operations, improve internal processes, and enhance customer experience. Its platform includes workflow automation, business management tools, analytics, and intelligent features designed to support scalability and operational efficiency.

The project is focused on developing modern SaaS business management solutions for trade professionals, helping companies streamline daily operations, improve efficiency, and enhance customer service.

Responsibilities

• Building and scale modern React front-end (greenfield).
• Defining architecture: component systems, state management, performance optimization.
• Owning UI quality: reusable components, design tokens, data fetching strategies.
• Collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering leadership.
• Establishing best practices: code quality, testing, documentation, CI/CD.
• Driving AI-first development using modern coding tools and agents.

Requirements

• Experience in software engineering for 3+ years.
• Experience with React (production level) for 3+ years.
• Strong expertise in the React ecosystem (Next.js, React Query, Zustand/Redux, bundlers).
• Experience with front-end architecture / replatforming.
• Solid understanding of REST / GraphQL and async data flows.
• Strong focus on performance optimization (lazy loading, memoization, etc.).
• Comfortable in cross-functional and full-stack discussions.
• Strong ownership mindset and clear engineering judgment.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Startup / high-growth environment experience.
• TypeScript in large-scale apps.
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Playwright, Cypress).
