Summary

Andersen is hiring a SAP HCM Consultant in Germany for a project implementing and customizing SAP HCM solutions, supporting complex HR processes in an S/4HANA environment.

The customer is a large international technology provider delivering end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise-level organizations. The company focuses on IT consulting, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed operations, supporting clients across various industries with complex digital transformation needs. With decades of experience, the customer emphasizes innovation, reliability, and high security standards.

The project is focused on the technical implementation and customization of SAP HCM Job Management and Organizational Management within an SAP S/4HANA environment. It includes replacing existing systems and configuring complex, budget-driven position management processes for public sector organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Customizing SAP HCM PA-PM (budgeting, financing sources, repostings, and budget updates).
  • Customizing SAP HCM OM (organizational units, positions, links, and leadership functions).
  • Implementing specific requirements for police and education sectors (complex person-to-position assignment logic).
  • Configuring HKR interface connections for budgetary accounting.
  • Developing Solution Designs, implementation documentation, and test cases.
  • Coordinating with sub-projects for Personnel Administration, Authorizations, and Reporting.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with SAP HCM OM and PA-PM (Stellenwirtschaft) for 4+ years.
  • Deep customizing expertise in infotypes, plan versions, and budget elements.
  • Practical experience in an SAP S/4HANA HCM environment.
  • Solid understanding of the German Public Sector legal and structural framework.
  • Proven track record in creating functional Solution Designs.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
  • Native German.
