SAP Fiori & HCM Fullstack Developer (Germany)

Summary

Andersen is hiring a SAP Fiori & HCM Fullstack Developer (Germany) for a project building an HR access portal, integrating SAP systems and modern web applications.

The customer is a large international technology provider delivering end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise-level organizations. The company focuses on IT consulting, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed operations, supporting clients across various industries with complex digital transformation needs. The project is focused on developing and integrating a central Access Portal within an SAP HCM S/4HANA environment. It includes transforming HR services into modern web-based applications using SAP Fiori and ensuring seamless integration between frontend interfaces and backend HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Designing, adapting, and extending SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData, and SAP Gateway.
• Setting up and operating Fiori Launchpads and portal landscapes to provide a unified access point for HR services.
• Implement necessary SAP HCM customizing for standard functionalities to support web-based processes.
• Implementing and customizing "HCM Processes and Forms" (P&F) for digital HR workflows.
• Integrating HR modules (Time Management, Recruitment, Development) into a collaborative team portal environment.
• Performing code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation of developer artifacts.
• Supporting connections to external document services, digital files, and learning portals.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in SAP development for 4+ years with a focus on Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP and ABAP OO specifically for backend integration.
• Sound understanding of SAP HCM modules and their associated infotype structures.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP Fiori Launchpads.
• Technical proficiency in UI5 architectures, OData services, and REST-based integration.
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Advanced and above.

Desired skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP job management (PA-PM) and organizational management (OM).
• Experience in public digitization projects.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM.
