Summary

Andersen is hiring a 3D Designer for a project creating a 3D animated series, developing characters, scenes, and visual storytelling for children’s content.

The customer is an international company operating in the digital domain, delivering a variety of solutions aimed at supporting business growth and improving customer engagement. The organization leverages a combination of technology, data, and creative approaches, working across multiple industries with a focus on adaptability, collaboration, and achieving measurable results.

The project is focused on producing a 3D animated series for children based on Arabic books, bringing stories to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Сreating 12 episodes of 3D animation (each - up to 2 minutes) with character design and scene development (without voice-over, translation, and localization).

Requirements

• Professional experience in 3D production for 1,5+ years.
• A portfolio demonstrating at least one completed series or multi-episode project.
• Proven track record of taking a character from an initial concept to a fully realized, animated scene.
• Proficient in 3D Modeling & Sculpting: creating expressive, animation-ready characters (topology, UV mapping) and detailed environments using industry-standard tools.
• Strong expertise in Environment & Scene Development: composition, lighting, and world-building to create immersive backgrounds that enhance the story.
• Solid understanding of the Animation Pipeline: rigging and 3D animation principles to ensure natural and consistent character movement throughout the series.
• Skilled in Texturing & Shading: creating high-quality stylized or realistic textures.
• Experience in Rendering & Optimization: managing render engines and optimizing assets for a smooth production cycle.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+.
