Summary

Andersen is hiring an SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant in the EU for a project implementing enterprise SAP solutions and optimizing finance processes.

The project is focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise SAP solutions within a cloud-based and hybrid system landscape for large-scale organizations. The main goal is to enable and optimize end-to-end business processes across core domains such as finance, supply chain, sales, manufacturing, HR, and analytics using SAP technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Leading or supporting S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
  • Configuring S/4 FI components (Universal Journal, New AA, ledgers).
  • Executing and supporting data migration and reconciliation activities.
  • Analyzing legacy FI setups and redesign them for S/4 architecture.
  • Conducting FIT/GAP workshops and defining target finance architecture.
  • Troubleshooting data inconsistencies and migration issues.
  • Supporting UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases.

Requirements

  • Experience of SAP FI with a strong focus on S/4HANA Finance transformations for 5+ years.
  • Proven experience with FI-S4, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, Central Finance.
  • Hands-on experience with Brownfield/Greenfield/Shell conversion approaches.
  • Strong experience with FI migration tools (Migration Cockpit, LTMC/LTMOM).
  • Knowledge of FIN_CUST_CONS_CHECK, simplification items, data consistency checks.
  • Experience with integration to CO, MM, SD in S/4 environment.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
  • Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
