Andersen is hiring an AI Product Strategy Lead (with German) to drive AI and Data solutions, identify market opportunities, and support digital transformation initiatives.

The customer is a large international technology provider delivering end-to-end digital solutions for enterprise-level organizations. The company focuses on IT consulting, cloud services, cybersecurity, and managed operations, supporting clients across various industries with complex digital transformation needs. The project is focused on developing and evolving a strategic AI and Data portfolio that transforms advanced technical capabilities into scalable, business-oriented solutions. It includes identifying market opportunities, addressing complex customer needs, and supporting consistent value delivery across global business functions.

Responsibilities

• Driving the strategic design and further development of the AI & Data portfolio based on market trends and customer growth potential.
• Translating complex technical AI and data functions into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing high-impact use cases and scaling opportunities across various industries.
• Managing portfolio positioning and differentiation to maximize market adoption and business impact.
• Collaborating with Product, Sales, Strategy, and Delivery units to ensure a unified go-to-market (GTM) orientation.
• Establishing and maintaining a consistent "value narrative" for the entire technology offering.

Requirements

• Experience in AI for 5+ years.
• Proven track record in AI and Data portfolio strategy, offering development, and GTM alignment.
• Ability to translate complex technical functions into clear, outcome-driven business benefits.
• Strong commercial mindset with expertise in identifying relevant use cases and scaling technology offerings.
• In-depth understanding of AI, Data Science, Analytics, and Digital Product lifecycles.
• Experience in investment management and strategic prioritization of technology projects.
• Excellent strategic storytelling, stakeholder management, and experience in international, cross-functional environments.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.

Desired skills

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Data Science/Business Informatics).
• Experience in top-tier management consulting.
• Industry-specific expertise in scaling AI solutions within Finance, Manufacturing, or Healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of Data Ethics, AI Compliance (EU AI Act), and Digital Transformation frameworks.
