Summary

Andersen is hiring an AI Transformation Expert to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, driving AI adoption, process optimization, and enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

The customer is a technology-driven organization focused on delivering innovative digital solutions for a highly regulated industry. By combining modern technologies, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric approaches, it helps businesses streamline operations, improve transparency, and enhance user experiences. The company collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders, invests in continuous innovation, and develops scalable platforms that support digital transformation initiatives across the sector.

The project is focused on driving AI transformation across the organization by introducing AI-powered tools, workflows, and best practices. It includes assessing AI maturity, developing adoption strategies, training teams, and enabling employees to effectively leverage AI technologies to improve productivity and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing a company-wide AI transformation strategy for ~350 employees.
  • Conducting AI maturity and competency assessment across all departments.
  • Defining baseline capabilities and measuring AI adoption uplift over time.
  • Building a structured transformation roadmap with clear milestones.
  • Training engineers on AI-assisted development workflows (Claude, Cursor, Copilot).
  • Enabling agentic coding practices and structured development methodologies.
  • Supporting engineers in building internal AI-powered tools and automation.
  • Enabling rapid prototyping using AI tools (Lovable, Bolt, Replit).
  • Introducing AI for PRD generation, sprint planning, and product analytics.
  • Supporting AI-driven user research and competitive analysis workflows.
  • Enabling self-service creation of internal tools and dashboards.
  • Supporting “vibe coding” for business automation use cases.
  • Implementing AI-driven reporting and business intelligence workflows.
  • Building AI assistants using Claude Projects and Copilot.
  • Automating repetitive workflows (documents, reporting, operations tasks).
  • Introducing AI-based automation for finance and administrative processes.
  • Delivering organization-wide training in prompt engineering and context management.
  • Creating AI playbooks, best practices, and standardized usage guidelines.
  • Establishing AI Champions program to ensure long-term adoption and sustainability.

Requirements

  • Experience in AI, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting for 10+ years.
  • Strong hands-on background as an AI/ML Engineer or deeply AI-native practitioner (LLMs, agentic systems, prompt engineering).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs (300+ employees).
  • Ability to design and execute structured 3–6 month transformation roadmaps.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience mapping complex business processes into AI-enabled workflows across multiple departments.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with modern LLM ecosystems (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems.
  • Advanced prompt engineering and context management capabilities.
  • Ability to design and deploy AI-assisted tools and internal automation use cases.
  • Experience embedding AI into real business workflows (not just prototypes).
  • Ability to work with cross-functional enterprise environments (Engineering, Product, Business, Operations, Finance, HR).
  • Strong understanding of enterprise process architecture and workflows.
  • Experience using AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Replit.
  • Experience with AI-assisted low-code/no-code platforms such as Lovable, Bolt, or similar.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

  • Understanding of ERP-driven enterprise architecture and processes.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise environments (e.g. Oracle or similar systems).
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation in HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, performance management).
  • Familiarity with AI use cases in Finance (reconciliation, reporting, forecasting, compliance).
  • Experience with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, etc.).
  • Background in Learning & Development (L&D) or organizational learning strategy.
  • Knowledge management or internal enablement experience.
  • Experience in enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience working in the MENA region or large distributed global organizations.
