Visionary / Product Owner / Product Manager

Summary

Andersen is hiring a Visionary / Product Owner / Product Manager for a project building a banking loyalty platform and driving customer engagement, retention, and product innovation.

Our customer is a large international technology organization operating in the digital infrastructure domain. It develops and maintains high-load platforms that process and manage significant volumes of data across multiple regions. The engineering landscape includes distributed systems, cloud-based environments, system integrations, and advanced security practices, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and continuous platform evolution.

The project is focused on building a banking loyalty platform from the ground up, creating a scalable ecosystem for customer rewards, engagement, and retention. It includes establishing the product, technology, and operational foundations required to deliver personalized loyalty programs and enhance the overall customer experience.

The role also requires readiness for long-term business travel.

Responsibilities

• Defining and evolving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loyalty programs and customer engagement solutions.
• Designing and launching loyalty programs, including bonus programs, cashback offerings, partner programs, and customer retention and engagement mechanisms.
• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements, transforming business needs into product initiatives and features.
• Defining product logic, customer journeys, bonus accrual and redemption rules, and the overall value proposition for customers.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful product implementation and launch.
• Managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and supporting the product throughout its entire lifecycle.
• Analyzing the market, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for loyalty program growth.
• Monitoring key product KPIs, evaluating loyalty program performance, and driving data-informed improvements.
• Supporting go-to-market activities and ensuring successful adoption of loyalty programs among target customer segments.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead for 4+ years.
• Strong product expertise in Loyalty Programs.
• Hands-on experience launching, developing, and scaling loyalty programs.
• Experience defining product vision, development strategy, and product roadmaps.
• Ability to design product logic and translate business goals into concrete product initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development at early-stage product launches.
• Ability to lead teams, define priorities, and make product decisions based on data and user needs.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
