DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer

Summary

Andersen is hiring a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer for a project building secure cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps processes, and scalable CI/CD solutions for digital banking platforms.

The customer is a financial services organization providing banking products and digital solutions for individual and business clients. The company operates through an established service network and online platforms and is part of a larger international financial group, supporting ongoing development of its services for a broad client base.

The project is focused on establishing the foundational cloud platform and DevSecOps capabilities for future solution delivery. It includes building secure cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, and creating the operational and security foundations required for scalable, reliable, and compliant software development.

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code and environment automation.
• Deploying and supporting Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Integrating security controls into delivery pipelines.
• Configuring monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Managing cloud infrastructure and platform operations.
• Supporting release management and production deployments.
• Ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and security.
• Creating technical documentation and standards.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in DevOps/DevSecOps for 5+ years.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Strong Linux administration skills.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor.
• Experience with security tools and practices, including SAST, DAST, SCA, and Secrets Management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
