Andersen is hiring an ML Engineer (Routing) for a project developing machine learning solutions for real-time routing optimization, ETA prediction, and large-scale geospatial data processing.
The customer is a global investment management firm providing tailored investment solutions to institutional and private clients. The project is focused on developing machine learning solutions to improve ETA accuracy and routing quality at a scale. It includes building production-grade ML models, processing large-scale geospatial data, and deploying low-latency inference systems for real-time routing optimization.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, redesigning, and driving business process automation for end-to-end goal-setting processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Conducting discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover current processes, pain points, informal workflows, and alignment gaps.
- Facilitating cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on the target business process prior to development.
- Defining business process logic, including goal cascading across organizational levels, alignment principles, and success criteria.
- Translating redesigned business processes into clear functional requirements for business process automation.
- Aligning business and technical stakeholders on project scope, priorities, and transformation objectives.
- Preparing executive materials, including project presentations, team structure, timelines, effort estimates, and implementation plans.
- Monitoring project progress, maintaining regular reporting, and communicating status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on automation or internal tooling projects for 3+ years, ideally in environments where conflicting stakeholder visions require active reconciliation.
- Strong facilitation skills – comfortable running workshops and brainstorm sessions with senior and C-level stakeholders, and converging diverging opinions into a single documented outcome.
- Experience producing standard delivery documentation: Vision & Scope, BRD, functional requirements, as-is and to-be process maps.
- Comfortable operating with high ambiguity, the ability to drive the discovery process and create a structure where the client doesn't yet have it.
- Experience preparing internal alignment materials.
- Ability to lead the process with minimal oversight, especially during solo discovery phase.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI/ML-powered tools inside organizations.
- Familiarity with LLM-based tooling, AI assistants, or chatbot-driven workflows for internal business processes.
- Experience driving the adoption of new tools among resistant or skeptical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage power dynamics between stakeholders without taking sides or letting tension go underground.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Desired skills
- Prior experience with goal-setting / OKR / performance management tools or methodologies (Lattice, Workday Goals, etc.).
- Ability to articulate trade-offs to technical stakeholders in plain terms.
- Exposure to LLM/agent-based product design.
- Experience with multi-country/multi-division organizations where the same process is implemented differently across business units.
