Responsibilities
- Supervising and mentoring analysts within the department.
- Developing metrics for analyzing the efficiency of departments and individual projects.
- Creating and maintaining dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators.
- Generating ideas for cost reduction and profit increase.
- Preparing financial forecasts.
Requirements
- Higher education in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role for 2+ years.
- Proven experience in creating metrics, analytical reports, and dashboards.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL for data processing and analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages for data analysis, such as Python.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of statistics, regression, and cluster analysis, among others.
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns in data.
- Ability to proactively identify optimization opportunities and propose solutions.
- Skills in presenting analysis results to both technical and business audiences.
- Self-organization, responsibility, and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
