Summary

The IT company Andersen is looking for a Delivery Excellence who will expand the geography of our brand awareness. Our team needs a cool and creative person who will act as a generator of interesting thoughts and a trend creator.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall project portfolio, including turnkey projects.
• Optimizing and controlling business processes.
• Training and developing specialists in project management (Delivery Managers, Project Managers).
• Active interacting with Delivery Excellence to discuss ideas and scale best practices for the company.
• Developing the company's project and service directions.
• Defining and implementing methods (policies) for managing the company's project portfolio.
• Managing the team of Delivery Managers.

Requirements

• Experience in the position of Delivery Manager for 5+ years.
• Project activity experience.
• Deep understanding of project/portfolio management methods.
• Systemic thinking, initiative, and the ability to defend one's point of view.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
