System Administrator (Jira)

Andersen, an international IT сompany, invites a System Administrator (Jira) to work on a large-scale project for one of our US customers.
The customer is a global corporate travel payment solution owned and operated by the world’s airlines. The network consists of major airlines that issue charge cards accepted by thousands of merchants around the world for air, rail, cruise and travel agency payments.
The project aims to create a corporate travel payment network, integrating systems like PayPal, Visa, and MasterCard to enable secure, seamless, and efficient financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Managing and configuring Jira workflows, project roles, permissions, automations, and default preferences.
- Supporting Scrum and Kanban teams by ensuring Jira tickets are properly created and estimated.
- Handling Atlassian On/Offboarding for Jira, Confluence, and Tempo.
- Maintaining issue types, fields, and custom configurations.
- Providing reporting assistance and configuring story points tracking for effort estimation.
Requirements
- Experience as a System Administrator for 2+ years.
- Proficiency in Jira administration, including workflows, user permissions, and automation.
- Experience with tracking tools like Confluence, Timesheets, and Tempo.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participation in related ceremonies.
- Ability to support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
