Product Designer

Summary

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Product Designer to work on a project for our partner in Malta.

The customer has been leading the innovation of the iGaming industry since 2012. The project aims to enhance product offerings to be more intuitive, innovative, and visually appealing while ensuring player safety, with a focus on tailored success criteria and collaboration with brand, software engineers, product managers, and growth teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and elegant end to end solutions, from research and ideation through to visual execution.
• Working as part of our product team contributing to drive key initiatives, continuously iterating and improving upon experiences that span the entire player journey.
• Using qualitative and quantitative data to find opportunities to improve our product.
• Driving projects and operate end to end by formulating sound problem statements, conduct user research, mockup your ideas, collect feedback from your team, iterate, design the solution and work with our developers to build the solution and ship it, and monitor the implemented solution.
• Advocating for design thinking throughout the organisation by investing in standards, documentation and varied processes to further the discipline.
• Working with the wider product team, contribute towards shaping the product vision and strategy.
• Working with different teams and disciplines to achieve the most optimal outcomes, including data science, content design and engineering.
• Coordinating with the Data Science department to identify future needs and requirements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Designer for 3+ years.
• Experience in designing digital products and systems, including international products with localization and accessibility.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframe iterations, and polished UI, emphasizing your design process and decisions.
• iGaming experience is a significant plus, especially in fast-paced, user-centric environments.
• Attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the overall design consistency.
• Experience with design systems, including development and ensuring product consistency.
• Proficiency in the latest design tools, particularly Figma.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
