Summary

The IT company Andersen invites a Solutions Architect to join its team for working with a company from Oman.

This position requires on-site in the Muscat office, but we are also open to considering candidates from other countries for relocation.

The customer is a pioneering financial institution in the Sultanate of Oman. It aims to support the housing and construction sectors, contributing to the country's economic development. The bank focuses on achieving shareholder objectives and developing human capital through efficient banking operations and a motivating work environment. It actively supports Omani citizens by offering subsidized financing and reducing waiting list delays.

The project is to support the governance, strategic planning, and operational alignment of the Super App and broader housing ecosystem.

The project assumes a Sunday through Thursday work schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing a structured governance framework and strategic roadmap for the Super App.
  • Assessing risks associated with phased feature deployment.
  • Reviewing technical blueprints for operational feasibility.
  • Defining system architecture to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Solutions Architect for 5+ years.
  • Experience in banking sector and digital transformations.
  • Experience with governance framework creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
