The IT company Andersen invites a Lead of CV Preparation Department to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring daily workload and redistributing tasks.
- Maintaining reports and meeting SLA requirements.
- Task, error, and deadline analysis — followed by proposing solutions.
- People management and working with the team.
- Introducing new standards and adapting to growth.
- Working with Jira, Power BI, 1C, Excel.
Requirements
- Experience in team management and people management.
- Advanced skills in Excel and ability to work with tables, task trackers, and email.
- Experience in creating processes followed by automation.
- Managing operational workload, task prioritization, control, and effective load distribution.
- Strong business communication skills – quick and accurate interaction with management and team.
- Knowledge of organizing and controlling SLA, deadlines, and metrics.
- Ability to identify delays and ensure task completion.
- Experience in building and restructuring processes, including creating minimal accounting systems manually (tables, trackers, templates).
- Level of English – from Pre-Intermediate and above.
