The IT company Andersen is looking for a Marketing Project Manager (USA) to join its team and make a significant contribution to the development of the marketing strategy.

Your work will be focused on strengthening the company's brand, creating marketing strategies to attract customers and ensuring effective promotion of our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and managing the client acquisition process in the region.
- Testing and implementing innovative approaches across various marketing channels (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media Ads).
- Collaborating with the team to organize execute marketing events.
- Conducting comprehensive market research to support strategy development and identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and delivering in-depth analytics and reports for the CMO and sales leadership.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize results.
Requirements
- Experience in a B2B IT company focused on the US market for 4+ years.
- Hands-on marketing project management experience for 2+ years.
- Deep understanding of marketing channels and digital advertising platforms (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media Ads).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and analytical tools (Power BI).
- Demonstrated knowledge of quick scaling techniques in a competitive market.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
