The IT company Andersen invites a Technical Program Manager in Oman for working with a company in the field of banking.
The customer is a pioneering financial institution in the Sultanate of Oman. It aims to support the housing and construction sectors, contributing to the country's economic development. The bank focuses on achieving shareholder objectives and developing human capital through efficient banking operations and a motivating work environment. It actively supports Omani citizens by offering subsidized financing and reducing waiting list delays.
The project is to support the governance, strategic planning, and operational alignment of the Super App and broader housing ecosystem.
The project assumes a Sunday through Thursday work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Owning and managing Solution Vision, Roadmap & Backlog (capabilities, epics).
- Coordinating multiple ARTs and vendors within the Solution Train.
- Facilitating Pre-/Post-PI Planning and ensuring solution integration.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders (clients, business units, suppliers).
Requirements
- Experience as a Technical Program Manager for 7+ years.
- Experience in large-scale solution delivery (banking, fintech, telecom) for 5+ years.
- Deep expertise in SAFe framework (Solution Manager/Architect roles, PI Planning).
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong knowledge of system integration (APIs, microservices, cloud).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- SAFE certifications (SASM, SPC).
- Banking compliance knowledge (PCI DSS, GDPR).
