The IT company Andersen invites a Sales Manager for the MENA region to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Handling incoming inquiries via the website, email, and digital channels.
- Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and recommending suitable IT solutions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely records of sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, and delivery) to prepare proposals and offers.
- Presenting the company’s IT services—such as software development, digital transformation, and consulting—to potential clients.
- Managing the full inbound sales cycle from initial contact to handing over the opportunity to the delivery team.
- Sharing feedback with the marketing team to improve campaign targeting and lead quality.
- Staying up to date on IT trends, client needs, and the competitive market environment.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B IT sales (software, digital services, cloud, or consulting) for 3+ years.
- Knowledge of inbound sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, HubSpot Inbound, or others).
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Knowledge of Arabic language.
- Experience working with clients in the Middle East or GCC region.
- Background in international IT outsourcing or consulting companies.
