Our sales department is currently expanding, and in this regard, we are looking for an Account Manager in the UK market – a smart go-getter with excellent communication skills who can find a common ground with anybody and build long-term relationships with customers.

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of client growth strategies.
- Expansion of existing clients, development of new domains and regions.
- Increasing sales and improving project profitability.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and scale the business (upselling/cross-selling).
- PnL control.
- Establishing and maintaining strong long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders on the client side.
- Collaborating with the team and key client stakeholders to identify potential business challenges and proposing solutions, as well as implementing and optimizing client-related business processes.
- Managing operational activities for projects.
- Conducting pre-sales activities, developing and presenting solutions to support project growth strategies, and monitoring their outcomes.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences.
- Holding in-person meetings, organizing and delivering presentations, delegating tasks, and coordinating interdepartmental processes to execute the strategy.
- Contract negotiations and accounts receivable management.
Requirements
- Experience in active sales for 3+ years.
- Skills in sales and negotiation techniques.
- Focus on the result and self-management skills.
- Communication skills, stress resistance, high energy, proactivity, and intelligence.
- Strong desire to learn new things and dig into products.
- Systematic thinking, the ability to clearly express your thoughts, and well-bred speech.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate or above.
