The IT company Andersen invites UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of our company while maintaining its unique culture and atmosphere.

We invite you to join the project to work on the development of our corporate website. The project is now actively developing and scaling up, starting work on new products such as the Andersen People website.
Responsibilities
- Working on the company’s internal product and developing it together with the team.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and creating quick concepts.
- Presenting hypotheses and/or solutions to the design resource director on a regular basis.
- Creating drafts and final designs after approval.
- Conducting research based on competitive analysis.
- Tracking metrics and generating hypotheses for product improvement.
- Applying a product-oriented approach when working on tasks.
- Collaborating with analysts, developers, and product owners to refine tasks.
- Monitoring the performance of implemented hypotheses and analyzing results.
- Maintaining the component and page library up to date.
- Coordinating the design team’s work (tracking tasks, supporting junior specialists, conducting plannings and internal calls).
Requirements
- Experience as a UX/UI Designer for 2+ years.
- Experience working in a full-cycle product team using major development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall/Kanban) or in a large e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma and Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, ability and willingness to work in a team, generate ideas, and clearly communicate the purpose and value of design decisions.
- Level of English - from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
- Experience working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Clarity.
- Experience conducting research based on competitive analysis.
- Experience leading a team of designers and mentoring less experienced team members.
