Andersen invites a SAP Specialist for a global project with a leading power tools manufacturer. The role involves supporting a large-scale SAP S/4HANA migration focused on centralizing product master data, optimizing data workflows, ensuring seamless system integration, and enabling scalable operations within cloud-based infrastructure.

The project is a global SAP S/4HANA migration initiative focused on centralizing Product Master Data, optimizing data processes, ensuring seamless system integration, and supporting scalable operations within cloud constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining material master data effectively in PT systems.
  • Planning, implementing, and optimizing processes related to material master data.
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity across all relevant systems.
  • Collaborating with departments and stakeholders to align material master data with business requirements.
  • Supporting logistical and financial processes through accurate and consistent data.
  • Implementing a continuous improvement process and driving standardization and harmonization.
  • Providing an efficient central system and tool landscape based on global BU/CSO requirements.
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the infrastructure of existing global systems.
  • Setting up lean processes and ensuring compliance through user-oriented communication and training.
  • Taking budget responsibility and striving to reduce operational and maintenance costs year over year.
  • Defining capability roadmaps and work packages to deliver a seamless user journey.
  • Analyzing and defining business process requirements with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Designing and implementing processes and managing change effectively.
  • Measuring business impact and driving continuous process improvement and innovation.
  • Providing user-oriented process documentation and relevant IT system materials.

Requirements

  • Experience in the successful management of complex projects, ideally in the SAP area for 4+ years.
  • Understanding of SAP R/3 and SAP S/4 functionalities and their differences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and bring about decisions considering the context.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP MDG-M, S/4, and other relevant IT systems.
  • Experience in the area of SAP material master data management, preferably in the conversion from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4.
  • Experience in requirements engineering and in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience of managing change in organizations to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to understand and implement material master data requirements.
  • Experience in defining and implementing processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Knowledge of data migration, conversion, and integration.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
