Summary

Andersen, an international IT company, invites a Project Manager in Dubai to work on a large-scale project for one of our UAE customers.

The customer is a leading strategic digital communications agency based in the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. The company specializes in developing and implementing digital strategies, social media management, content creation, and innovative solutions. Their client portfolio includes renowned brands such as Dubai Tourism, Public Investment Fund, Nespresso, Audi, Emirates Airlines, and Expo 2020. The company aims to drive cultural and economic transformation in the region by building communities across various platforms and channels.

The project is the creation of intuitive, engaging digital experiences for government and tourism-related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end chatbot development, from planning to deployment.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including UI/UX design, content creation, data analytics, SEO, and development.
• Assessing risks and planning mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing budgets and allocating resources effectively for successful project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
• Continuously evaluating chatbot performance and identifying opportunities for improvement post-launch.
• Collaborating closely with UI/UX, content, data, SEO, and development teams to ensure cohesive product delivery.
• Optimizing resource allocation and budget usage for AI chatbot initiatives.
• Proactively monitoring chatbot effectiveness and implementing enhancements based on performance insights.

Requirements

• Experience in project management for 4+ years.
• Strong experience with AI projects, especially in developing AI chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum for managing product lifecycles and iterative delivery.
• Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
• Skills at translating business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for AI solutions.
• Experience in assessing project risks and creating effective mitigation plans.
• Experience in data privacy and ethical AI practices to ensure compliance.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and AI chatbot frameworks.
