Andersen is seeking a Salesforce Developer for a project with a Swedish home services company. The role involves supporting digital solutions that enable customers to book various home assistance services through web, app, or customer support channels.
The customer is a leading Nordic provider of home services. Founded in the mid-1990s, the company has grown to employ over 3,000 people across Sweden and neighboring countries. It emphasizes quality, trust, and digital innovation, using modern tools like a customer app, time bank systems, and secure digital infrastructure. Sustainability and social responsibility are also central to its mission, with eco-certified products, green logistics, and strong support for workforce integration, including initiatives for newly arrived immigrants.
The project focuses on a wide range of professional home assistance solutions. Customers can conveniently book services through the website, mobile app, or customer service center, with tailored consultations provided to identify individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the development and enhancement of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Salesforce Field Service (SFS).
- Collaborating with the product owner and team leads to implementing scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions tailored to business needs.
- Designing and developing custom Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows.
- Working closely with business users to refine requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Supporting existing implementations, investigating issues, and proposing performance or stability improvements.
- Following best practices in code quality, documentation, and version control (e.g. Git, CI/CD).
Requirements
- Experience in Salesforce development for 4+ years.
- Strong background in building robust Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Salesforce Field Service domain.
- Excellent knowledge of Apex, LWC, SFS configuration, and integration patterns.
- Good communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to deliver complex features on time and with high quality.
- Certifications (e.g. Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Field Service Consultant).
- Comfortable working in distributed international teams.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
