The IT company Andersen invites a Go Developer for a digital transformation project with a global insurance provider in Germany. The initiative focuses on building an enterprise platform to support core operations, system integrations, and financial workflows.
Our customer is a world leader in insurance and B2B2C support, which offers global solutions that span international health and life insurance, travel insurance, cars, and their service. The company is dedicated to delivering world-class, agile, and sustainable IT solutions, driving full-spectrum digitalization.
The project is a large-scale, modular platform designed to support core business operations, system integrations, and financial workflows.
Responsibilities
- Building a cutting-edge real-time cross-selling platform.
- Taking ownership of the backend that powers multiple user-facing apps, advancing our state-of-the-art gRPC-based microservice architecture.
- Actively participating in code reviews to ensure that our platform and codebase meet the highest quality standards.
- Taking a proactive role in all aspects of platform design and development, with a strong emphasis on scalability and availability.
Requirements
- Experience as a Go Developer for 3+ years.
- Solid experience with gRPC, REST API, and Backend testing.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies, fostering collaboration, and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building Go applications with a focus on resilience and uptime.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
