The IT company Andersen invites a Business Development Manager in Switzerland to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.
- Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.
- Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.
- Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.
- Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.
Requirements
- Experience in sales.
- Experience with ICT sales.
- Experience in searching for new customers and markets.
- Communication and negotiation skills with C-Level people.
- Systematic thinking, clear presentation of ideas, competent speech.
- Interpersonal skills, stress resistance, proactivity.
- Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and higher.
- Level of German (Swiss German) – Native.
Desired skills
- Proficiency in French language.
