Responsibilities

  • Working with current job openings, searching for and selecting candidates for various IT specialist positions;
  • Analyzing requirements for searches, creating candidate profiles and search maps;
  • Working in various labor markets and finding the most effective sources for attracting candidates;
  • Organizing and conducting in-person/online meetings and interviews;
  • Conducting qualitative analysis of candidates' soft and hard skills;
  • Maintaining communication with hiring managers and collaborating during the recruitment process;
  • Supporting and developing a professional network of contacts;
  • Working with internal recruitment CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment for at least 1 year;
  • Experience in the German market;
  • Knowledge of various interview methodologies and recruitment tools;
  • Ability to effectively organize work and set priorities;
  • Interest in IT recruitment and a desire for professional development;
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills;
  • German language proficiency - Intermediate+ and above;
  • English language proficiency - Intermediate+ and above.
