The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Business Analyst to work on a large-scale eCommerce project.
The customer is a multinational company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, and it operates in more than 130 countries worldwide. With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, it is committed to meeting the evolving needs of adult tobacco consumers.
The project is the development of the eCommerce platform for delivering reduced-risk products. This branch started as a start-up inside the client's business and has grown in a separate direction.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing requirements from Business Owners and market representatives.
- Formalizing requirements into clear and structured User Stories and Gherkin scenarios.
- Creating clickable prototypes in Figma to visualize features and user flows.
- Validating designs for UX consistency, compliance with the design system, corner case coverage, and accessibility standards.
- Leading refinement and pre-refinement sessions using the 3 Amigos format (Business, Development, QA).
- Participating in Planning Week including preparing initiative overviews, estimating with the team, and aligning plans with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager.
- Actively engaging in bi-weekly sprints, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and rotating facilitation of daily standups.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Visualizing workflows, processes, and systems using draw.io.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst in product or project teams for 3+ years.
- Deep understanding of design systems, including components, tokens, states, UX consistency, and edge cases.
- Experience in accessibility validation.
- Proficiency in writing detailed requirements using User Stories and Gherkin scenarios.
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including the ability to create and present clickable prototypes.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and draw.io.
- Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Builder.io or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Highly motivated, with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work efficiently in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate.
