QA Engineer (Oman)

Responsibilities

• Designing, writing, and executing test cases and test plans.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and defects in a structured way.
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Participating in regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities.
• Maintaining and updating test documentation.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.

Requirements

• Experience in QA for 2+ years.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
• Experience in writing clear and structured test cases.
• Knowledge of Rest API (Postman).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles.
• Experience with DevTools.
• Skills in working with GitLab version control systems.
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and test management tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data in databases.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+.
